Maritime has over 4700 collection sites as of October 2009, and we assign members one closest to their location.

This service has been designed to find an additional or alternate collection site for you/your crewmembers. The collection sites listed on the following web pages will only see individuals with the required drug testing paperwork from The Maritime Consortium, Inc. Individuals who walk in without the required paperwork will not be seen.

Individuals may obtain the required drug screening paperwork from The Maritime Consortium, Inc. Please call 1.800.775.6985, ext. 102, Monday – Friday, 9AM to 5PM.

Please note: The collections sites do not have the required drug screening paperwork. Please be sure to take the paperwork that was provided to you as well as a picture ID.

Please refer to your chain of custody (multi-layered form). Your designated lab will either be in the left hand corner (LabCorp) or in the right hand corner (Quest Diagnostics).
