USCG Drug Test Form for Non-Members

A drug test is required for all Coast Guard captain’s licenses, except modifications, duplicates, and International Endorsements.

Licenses that require a drug test include the OUPV/Six-Pack and 25-Ton, 50-Ton, and 100-Ton captain’s licenses.

 If you wish to take a USCG Drug test for your license, license renewal, or upgrade without joining the Maritime Consortium random drug testing program, please fill this form out.

Once you have taken your drug test at the collection site, it will be 2-3 business days before Maritime receives the result. We will email the result to you and also put it in the mail.
