If you wish to take a USCG Drug test for your license, license renewal, or upgrade without joining the Maritime Consortium, please download and fill out this form: Maritime Consortium Non-Member USCG Drug Test Form. Either email it to info@drugfreevessel.com or FAX it to 800-764-2350. We will process it in 1 to 2 business days and send an authorization form to you to go take the test.

Once you have taken your test at the collection site that you were assigned to, It will be 2-3 business days before Maritime receives the result. We will email the result to you and also put it in the mail.
